About this home
Belita Pool Villa is a newly built 3-bedroom private pool villa in Pasak Soi 2, one of Phuket's most convenient residential neighbourhoods. Completed in May 2026, this two-storey home was decorated by Bella and her team to feel like a real home away from home — comfortable, calm and easy to settle into from the moment you arrive.
The heart of the villa is its private courtyard pool, tucked inside the house for extra privacy and opening onto the living area, so everyone stays together whether they're swimming, lounging poolside or relaxing indoors. As the afternoon sun filters into the courtyard it becomes a lovely spot for slow hours with family and friends.
All three bedrooms are upstairs with king beds and private en-suites; the master suite adds a smart TV, a larger bathroom and a bathtub. The villa sits only about 150 metres from the main road — peacefully tucked away, yet easy to reach. Boat Avenue is 4–5 minutes by car, and Bang Tao, Layan and Laguna beaches are all around 10 minutes away.
